The Mercedes Viano as a sporty multi talent with an interesting ‘Business Light’ concept: BRABUS  (www.brabus.com) makes the van the perfect partner for leisure and business with custom interior options, powerful engine tuning, exclusive exterior design and custom-tailored wheels.

BRABUS offers exclusive interiors for the cavernous passenger compartment of the van. The company upholstery shop custom-tailors these interiors to the individual customer’s request. Fully leather interiors made from especially soft and breathable BRABUS Mastik leather and Alcantara can be created in any color and upholstery designs imaginable.

Fetching accessories such as an ergonomically shaped sport steering wheel with a leather/walnut burl rim or aluminum door-lock pins and pedal pads add custom highlights. BRABUS also offers scuff plates with illuminated BRABUS logo and a walnut burl completion set for dashboard, center console and door panels.

The rear compartment of the van offers numerous choices for customer-specific individualization. One option is the transformation of the versatile interior into a movie theater or concert hall on wheels complete with state-of-the-art multimedia equipment.

‘Business Light’ is another development by the BRABUS interior designers that allows backseat occupants of the Viano to work in a comfortable environment even while on the move. The installation of the BRABUS walnut burl table and four power comfort seats in conference configuration turn the van into a comfortable mobile conference room and a fully functional office on wheels.

In addition, two electrically deployed 15-inch LCD screens are integrated stylishly into the headliner. They display the images from a DVD changer and a digital DVBT TV tuner in stunning detail.

A docking station for a notebook computer is integrated into an electrically deployed compartment hidden beneath a false bottom. The computer connects to the internet via UMTS. Numerous handy storage areas for file folders and office material are integrated throughout the rear compartment. Additional cupholders and many other accessories provide maximum creature comfort. Custom-tailored rear curtains provide privacy for the occupants.

BRABUS also offers powerful engines for the Viano. An extra 38 hp (38 bhp) / 28 kW of power, an increase in torque by 60 Nm (44 lb-ft), less than 30 minutes installation time and all that backed by the one-of-a-kind BRABUS Tuning Warranty® of three years, up to 100,000 kilometers / 62,000 miles (see BRABUS warranty conditions, as of November 2006): The ECO PowerXtra D6 (III) performance kit from BRABUS offers powerful engine tuning for the Mercedes Viano 3.0 CDI. With it the van sprints from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 8.7 seconds and reaches a top speed of 208 km/h (129 mph).

For the top-of-the-line Viano 3.5 model BRABUS banks on the tried and proven method of increasing engine displacement. The BRABUS 4.0 engine represents an increase in rated power output from standard 258 hp (255 bhp) / 190 kW to 318 hp (314 bhp) / 234 kW and a bump in peak torque to 410 Nm (302 lb-ft) at 4,200 rpm. The BRABUS-tuned V6 Viano also sets standards for driving performance: The sprint from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) takes just 7.1 seconds; top speed is 220 km/h (137 mph).

BRABUS also offers a stainless-steel rear sport muffler with two chrome-plated tailpipes for all Viano models.

The special model Viano V8 from BRABUS is built in small-series production. BRABUS replaces the standard V6 powertrain of the Viano 3.5 with a new BRABUS 6.1 eight-cylinder displacement engine complete with a correspondingly strong five-speed automatic transmission. They both are implanted into the van with almost surgical precision.

The 6.1 engine produces 426 hp (418 bhp) / 313 kW at 5,400 rpm and a peak torque of 621 Nm (458 lb-ft) at 4,100 rpm. Like all BRABUS engines it is lubricated exclusively with ARAL high-performance motor oil.

With a sprint time of 5.9 seconds from rest to 100 km/h (62 mph) and an electronically limited top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph) the BRABUS Viano V8 is one of the world’s fastest vans.

On the outside the van sports a sporty yet elegant BRABUS designer suit. The BRABUS front apron features two round fog lamps and two Xenon high beams and lends the Viano a more striking appearance. But that’s not all: Its sophisticated shape also reduces lift on the front axle for further improved directional stability at high speed.

BRABUS refines the sides with understated fender flares on front and rear axle as well as with rocker panels that feature integrated LED entrance lights for safe entering and exiting of the vehicle. The BRABUS rear apron has a custom-tailored cutout for the stainless-steel BRABUS sport exhaust.

The stunning looks are rounded out with custom-tailored BRABUS Monoblock light-alloy wheels. There are several 18-inch options for the Viano: In size 8.5Jx18 customers can choose from high-gloss silver-painted BRABUS Monoblock A wheels, the fully polished Monoblock S light-alloy wheels and Monoblock Q wheels with a distinctive color combination of titanium-colored background and fully polished surfaces. Technology partners Pirelli and YOKOHAMA supply high-performance tires in sizes 245/45 R 18 or 255/45 R 18. Even more exclusive is the version featuring BRABUS Monoblock Q or S 8.5Jx19 wheels mounted with size 255/40 R 19 tires.

To further improve active driving safety of the multi-use vehicle without sacrificing ride comfort the BRABUS suspension engineers have developed special sport springs matched to the production shocks. They lower the ride height of the Viano with conventional and with air suspension by some 25 millimeters (1.0 inches) on the front axle and by some 20 millimeters (0.8 inches) in the rear.

I am here and I have decided to finally post to this blog. I know it has been a while but I have something so cool that I had to share it with my lack of readership. 

I have discovered a way on facebook to make zyngas farmville game extremely easy. It is not really cheating hacking cracking or anything really bad. It is an auto clicker to trade coins for exp.

What I was doing before discovering this little trick was playing the game as normal. Adding tons of friends to get neighbors and they sent me gifts and life was good. Although the gifts were piling up and I didnt really have the time to accept all of my farmville gifts, I was still happy plugging away a little bit at a time. So then I was after experience and I discovered that plowing and planting gets you exp and you get to hang onto that exp even if you delete the plot that you just plowed and planted. So I spent half an hour plowing, planting deleting and repeating the process several million times until I started to strongly dislike farmville. 

After doing my time plowing and planting for zynga I found myself an auto-clicker. Farmville Auto Clicker This is a completly free autoclicker and if you want easy experience in farmville by zynga on facebook then download this nifty little tool for a fast leveling experience.

Now the Farmville Auto Clicker is an easy tool to use but i’ll still give you a bit of instructions. Once you download it and get it running on your screen you are going to have to plan where you want it to click on your screen. Basically what you do is run through one cycle of plowing, planting, harvesting and deleting. but before you click like you normally would you just have to make sure that the auto clicker program is at the top of your window (your main window, or front window) then hit the spacebar while your mouse is at the spot that you want the click to be. Everytime that you hit the space bar be sure to make sure that the auto clicker program is at the front of your windows. One you figure it out for yourself it is a super easy tool to use to get really easy farmville experience.

I spent half an hour using this program at 700ms per click and it gor me from the beginning of lvl 19 to half of level 21. I was extremely impressed with this Farmville Auto Clicker because while all of this great exp gaining was going on I was off having dinner, watching TV and enjoying life instead of playing this rediciously addictive game. IAA 2009

Alle zwei Jahre, im Wechsel mit dem Pariser Auto-Salon, präsentieren die Autohersteller dieser Welt ihre Kreationen auf Internationalen Automobilausstellung in Frankfurt. Die vielleicht wichtigste Messe der Branche in Deutschland wird von mal zu mal Grüner: umweltfreundliche Konzepte, Studien mit erheblicher CO2-Reduktion, Autos mit Hybridantrieb, und und und. Aber das meiste ist halt immer noch nur Zukunftsmusik, wenngleich man der dieser Zukunft mit jeder Messe ein Stück näher kommt.

Dennoch gibt es sie auch hier, die automobilen Männerphantasien. PS-strotzende in muskelösem Blechkleid verpackte Luxuskarrossen. In Form eines Porsche Panamera oder Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG kommen sie daher. Atemberaubend schön und sündhaft teuer.

Was war noch? Audi (100 Jahre) und Mini (50 Jahre) feiern sich mit ihren Geburtstagen selbst. Alfa dimensionierte seine Präsentationsfläche viel zu klein. BMW baut gleich eine Rennstrecke auf seinen Messestand und irgendwie tun mittendrin wohlplatzierte alte Chromschätzchen dem Auge richtig gut.

Aber all die schöne neue automobile Welt hat sichtbare Kratzer im Lack abbekommen. Nach der weltumspannenden Wirtschaftskrise fehlten hier in Frankfurt knapp ein Viertel der Aussteller. Neben Honda, Daihatsu blieben Infiniti, die Horde der Chinesen – allen voran Brilliance, und vor allen die vielen Zulieferer fern. Einige davon mag es wohl schon nicht geben.

Aber dennoch gab es für den geneigten Betrachter einiges neues und ausgefallenes, was ich hier mal in einem (kleinen?) Meeserundgang zusammengefasst habe.

Electric Vehicle

A few days ago I thought of the possibility of legions of electric vehicles zooming around our cities.  Then I came to realize that recharging the battery is problematic.  If the passenger lives in a dwelling with their own garage then an electrical outlet is easy to access.

Dwellers of apartments will find it challenging to find an outlet and installing new outlets in older buildings posses additional challenges.

Of course people will point to Better Place ’s solution to electric vehicle as a way to solve this dilemma.  Unfortunately, I do believe that building enough batteries for all the cars will be limited by the rare and precious metals that are being used in all forms of batteries.

I am a firm believer that using mass transit to move around the urban landscape is the ideal solution.  Increasing the density and incorporating commercial services in the residential area are some of solutions to weeding out our dependence on cars.

I don’t intend on completely gutting the car, but hopefully we only need for traveling into Canada’s natural landscape.

Mercedes SLS AMG Cabriolet, în teste!

Nici nu au apucat bine programatorii care pregătesc jocul Gran Turismo 5 să introducă modelul în stil retro Mercedes SLS că inginerii germani deja testează pe celebrul circuit de la Nürburgring SLS AMG Cabriolet. Fotografia spion, prezentă pe site-ul www.worldcarfans.com , este suficientă ca să-i pună pe gânduri pe cei de la Audi, care se laudă cu frumosul şi muşchiulosul R8 Spider, abia lansat pe la Salonul Auto de la Frankfurt.   Mascat, acoperit, fascinant. Mercedes SLS AMG,viguros pe circuit.

Versiunea AMG pentru SLS a fost lansată la Frankfurt, şi ,,ameninţă” lumea că viteza este limitată pe la o oarecare valoare, peste 300 Km/h. Oricum, noi ştim că acestea sunt doar nişte chestii de ,,formă”, pentru că motorul poate mult, mult,mult mai mult…

   Iar în luptă, situaţia arată cam aşa…
